As an integral part of our Africa plan, we are seeking Pharmacy Associate-Owners (PAssOs) in Nigeria.
RxPasso helps you cover cost of set up of your premises including inventory month to month. We guarantee a basic salary and share of quarterly profits. You just come with a location
We select PAssOs based on their past academic & professional performance and experience, strength in therapeutics, entrepreneurship & character. You have to pass an extensive local interview process culminating with a final interview with our international director.
A final offer is dependent on interview performance, finding a preferred store location, appropriate references and upon successful participation in RxAll®’s own Entrepreneurship Leadership Development Program (ELDP)
No Capital Requirement
All of our PAssOs can move forward with financial confidence. Why? No initial capital investment is required on your part and no personal assets need to be pledged to RxAll®, banks, or suppliers.
RxAll® offers all PAssOs a minimum level of earnings which is presently NGN150,000 per month. This provides assurance to the PAssO that his or her basic financial needs will be met.
In addition, PAssOs have the ability to make additional earnings of up to NGN500,000 per month based upon the performance of their business. As the profitability of the store increases, so does the PAssOs earnings. You earn a share of your business profits month to month as long as you work in your RxAll® pharmacy. You will easily be one of the highest earning community pharmacists in your city- if you work with us and you work hard!
